Camden Fort Meagher 1916 Celebrations

Camden Fort Meagher is a coastal defence fortification close to Crosshaven, County Cork, Ireland. It is a prime location to watch ships passing through Cork Harbour, the second largest natural harbour in the world. It’s name:  Camden Fort Meagher is in honour of: the combined British and Irish history that shaped the fort.

It is in the Ancient East and just 20 minutes from the Wild Atlantic Way.

The 1916 Commemoration weekend:

Friday 22nd  April  from 2.30 – 5pm.

 Saturday 23rd April from 12 – 5 pm.

 Sunday 24th April from 12. – 5 pm.
