Annette’s Quick Method
Fusilli pasta
2 oz Butter

If I can’t find macaroni I use Fusilli pasta
I cook some broccoli in pot & leave to one side on stove
Next I add some pasta to a pot of boiling water
Add pinch of salt and butter
Stir regularly takes 5-8 mins for dried pasta or fresh one takes 3 mins to cook
When cooked drain all water
Put back in pot and just cover pasta with milk and bring to boil
Add some white grated cheese and keep stirring
Add in cooked broccoli, Mix well
Allow a few minutes to heat through on medium heat
Serve and grate cheese on top
Season well
