Hi Annette, Thank you for liking my blog. What a beautiful environment to call home. Now I’m trying to lose weight and I’m doomed. Cappuccino cupcakes! On the other side of things,I will be visiting you on a regular basis. The information from around the globe is welcomed, although it can’t always be good news. You have put a great deal into your blog, thank you again.
I am honoured that you gave me a like on my Candy Cane Shortbread blog. How nice to meet an author living so far away!!
I am thrilled that you have found my blog and thank you for the “like.” I look forward to seeing more of you this way.
Thank you so much for reading my post and liking it. From you, that is an honor! I am also very appreciative of the reblog. With much gratitude..Ilene
Hi Annette, thanks so much for stopping by my Sunshine Scrapbook blog
thanks , no problem!
Now there’s a library in Trinity!I worked as an academic librarian for years.I love libraries and book stores….Annette
really enjoy reading your posts Len …Annette
Thanks for stopping by and Liking on so much of my work. I really appreciated your article on homelessness as well.
I spent much of my professional career as a journalist, during which time I lived on the streets of San Diego for a week following a group of homeless veterans. I’ve witnessed homelessness around the world, but its saddest here in the United States because we have so many resources we could be using to minimize the suffering.
I look forward to reading more of your works.
Len
Hello Annette, Thanks for stopping by my blog and reblogging my post ‘The library of my dreams’. Another favorite library of mine is the Trinity College Library in Dublin. Makes me nostalgic to return sometime for another visit. Love Cork and the West country and the wonderful sea air (must be my Irish blood…). I look forward to reading your work. All best wishes, Patricia Masar
Thanks for visitng and sharing. I’ve been to N. Ireland a few times and this was my first visit to the South. I could ramble about soaking up the history for quite a time but I never seem to have enough of it as modern life has me to-ing and fro-ing but it’s those few moments I get to breathe makes it worth it. It’s quite surprising to see the intermix of the old and the new. I remember passing by this tower on the edge of a village and built up against it was a farmers sheet-metal pole barn – an unexpected dichotomy.
Nice To Hear From You.I hope you do visit Ireland some day!
Annette
Ms. Dunlea, thrilled you found my blog in Canada. I’ve seen Scotland & England; would love to see Ireland & Wales. My Great-Grandfather supposedly came from ‘county Cork’ and it’s a mystery to trace him! Would love to someday see Blarney, Dingle, the mystic fifth province; yes, my fiction choices have been educational!
Warmly, Carolyn.
Thank you for visiting my site and your reblog. Good luck with your writing and your third novel.
There’s a wee bit of Irish in me. Thanks for liking my post, “Hidden Broccoli”.
Cheers for the compliment we like to think we are very friendly..ha….Take Care Annette
Love your picture on top. My husband and I honeymooned in Ireland. It was so beautiful, and the people are some of the friendliest I’ve ever met. Thanks for visiting my blog today!
Thanks for stopping by my blog. Lovely to meet you. Goodness me, I have to say I’m a little envious of your life-successful writer and wonderful place in the world to live. Fantastic.
Thanks you so much for the reblog. Means a lot to have your support. Thanks for stopping by.
Thanks for the like Annette! Pleasure to meet you!
Thank you for dropping by my blog and the ‘like’. My late maternal Grandfather was a Cork man (allegedly). I can’t quite get to the bottom of it he was Anglo Indian but born in Cork. His name was Riordan and apparently his brothers were Jesuit Priests in Calcutta. He was a wonderful man and I miss him, although he has been gone many years now and in about 10 or 11 years time I will be as old as he was when he passed!
Thanks for your recent thumbs up about my blog; greatly appreciated from someone who is new to this medium, so your support really makes all the difference. A pleasure to see your own work too, which I look forward to enjoying in the future.
Greetings from a dank, and dark County Meath…
The Irish Aesthete

Hi Annette! Thank you for stopping by TheYorkshireTart earlier today. I really enjoyed reading your blog and I look forward to visiting again soon : ) All the best, TYT.
Hi Annette, thanks for visiting and liking yesterday’s post – it’s the most popular one I’ve published for a while, and in fact, your ‘like’ set a new daily record for me, which I’m chuffed about
The fact that you’re a professional journalist and author only increases the compliment. I see you’re also a self-proclaimed ‘foodie’ which is pleasing synchronicity, since whilst I write for pleasure, I cook for a living: I may well be poring thru your recipes in search of inspiration for next week’s menu
Thanks again, look forward to reading more of your blog,
Andy.
